Embarking on the Apostille process can feel daunting, but we’re here to make it simple and stress-free. When you meet with our certified Apostille Specialist, you’ll receive expert guidance and support throughout the entire process. To begin, please bring all your prepared documents that require authentication by Apostille. During your appointment, we’ll review your documents carefully, and if applicable, handle any necessary signing and notarization on-site. Our goal is to ensure your documents meet the required standards for authentication, saving you time and hassle. For vital records such as birth certificates, court documents, death certificates, and marriage certificates, it’s crucial to bring original certified copies. These types of documents do not require notarization prior to authentication, as they must already be certified by the issuing authority to be eligible for an Apostille. If your documents are not original certified copies, they cannot be processed for an Apostille, so please make sure to verify their status before your appointment. If your documents do require notarization, our specialist will guide you through this step during your meeting. Once notarized, we will ensure all requirements are met for the Apostille process. To get started, simply schedule your appointment with our Apostille Specialist. Be sure to have all necessary documents prepared and, if required, any identification or additional paperwork requested by our team. Includes $20 State Fee. All Rush fees will be processed directly by the Secretary of State. Acceptable forms of payment are Debit or Credit, Cash, Money Order, Check, Cashiers Check. 24 Hour: $95 4-Hour: $145 2-Hour: $520 1-Hour: $1020


Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we strive to be as flexible as possible. You may cancel your appointment up to one hour before the scheduled start time without any charges or penalties. This allows us to adjust our schedule accordingly and offer the time slot to other clients. If you need to cancel within one hour of your appointment, a travel fee will be charged. This fee covers the time and resources as we are in route to your appointment. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible by phone or email.
